Haha, I went kind of crazy with my comment over there. I could have written an entire post about it. Coin laundries can be a very good business, I actually built an entire evaluation model of coin laundries as I have wanted to invest in one for quite some time. I still want one but have a few other things going on at the moment…Laugh

Yes it's a great way to make money. I had a pay phone route back in the 90's. I made money doing very little. I didn't open a laundromat after reading the article but I did buy a washing machine for my NYC apt to save on the nearly 200 a month spending.
