@BuckInspire – Let's see – secrets to making it to 3 years. Well – I don't know if there are really any secrets, and I imagine other people will have better insights since a lot of us are getting to the 3 year mark pretty soon.
However, the key factors for me personally have been to 1) REALLY have a passion for what I blog about and always wanting to learn more about it, and 2) trying to not get too worried about the short term bumps in the road (google smack downs, negative trolls, etc), and always maintain a long term focus.

Congratulations, thinking long term is real important! It is far too easy to get distracted with the day to day stuff. I made some changes this year to refocus on what I want to do long term.
