I am looking to ramp up my at home income, and I was wondering if anyone had used any of the freelance writing sites such as Elance or Guru or any of the others out there? If so, what was your experience? Is there any one site you would recommend? Any words of caution? Thanks!

I haven't used any but you should probably throw ODesk in there as well. I've heard good things about it.
What kind of writing are you looking to do? I could use some writers. Shoot me an email @ freefrombroke@gmail.com

I did a lot of freelance and project writing in my 1st year of blogging. I don't do it anymore because I just don't have the time. i used Elance. I used to search through the listings on Elance and apply for writing jobs. There is a lot of competition for some of the sweeter deals but you can definitely land some jobs.
