I've become a crazy-big fan of Headway.    You can see how it looks at my site, or other designs at metrodefense.com, d-by-e.com, and a gallery at headwaygallery.com/page/5/.   It's got complete flexibility, with no real need to know how to write code.

According to the email I got, the price is going up and onto a subscription model when they hit v3.0.   People who buy before that avoid the subscription model for life.

I use headway too and love it.  If you want to try it out I have a few dummy sites you can try out the visual editor on.
