Hi! I have an epic story that's taken months to get together on my dealings with Bank of America. I want to make this story go viral and would appreciate your help. I admit that the title is a little risque, but it's called "Fuck You Bank of America." Uhm, yeah. If you have a story to share about Bank of America, I'm taking those too and filling up my sidebar with them.

I dont like bank of america either…and quite honestly, I really get the need to vent when you get shitty customer service!!! Im tired of it myself…im tired of the crap ive endured from sooooo many places…Best Buy, Gardner White, Hilton Hotels, Spirit Airlines, Barclay Bank!!!!! Ive wanted to get on my pulpit and tear those companies down for all the times they have WRONGED ME…the most frustrating thing in the world is knowing when u get screwed over and cant do a single thing about it cause u are one person.
I TWEETED, FB SHARED, PLUS 1'd, and I will do a ton of other things to help you get it viral. When people ask me why I started my blog I usually jsut say because I wanted to give sound reliable advice, which is true…but I really want a voice more than anything!!! I hate being bullied around with no options…I hope our blogs get big enough collectively, that if one of us get wronged like this, we can make it go viral!!!

Thanks for sharing your story. I hope it gets some attention like my Best Buy story did. Finally some PR people in Best Buy decided it was in their best interests not to have bad publicity. I can only hope the same for you!

Thanks guys. I was really patient about the whole thing and sorry that it's so long but I just about had it with them. My poor mom is sick over all this stuff right now. It's not right, and I am not letting it go so easily.

Maybe you can try the Consumerist as well. They usually post stories like this on their site.

Wow that's unfortunate. I just don't understand how businesses can allow such inept customer service to take place.
I've dealt with one business that absolutely had zero ethics, burned me 10 years ago for more than $1,000 and refused to compensate me despite their being completely, 100% at fault. ANYBODY would have agreed. I pretty much had to aquiesce and it sucked. If I had a blog as a platform at that time, I would have used it for sure.

Hi! It is seeing a heightened amount of traffic that any other article. I published it late on friday (after 3:30) and it got over 1,000 views. On Saturday it got 750. We'll see what happens since I'll leave it as a sticky on top. I'm so determined to have media outlets pick it up. I'm going to submit it all over the planet.

It's sad that BofA treats its customers like this. I wrote a few BofA Sucks posts and have seen others. They're also letting a lot of people go in the next coming months. They should really get someone to take note of this because people are paying attention.
