Hi. I am hoping there is some techie in the group that can help me.
We moved to our new apartment on 12/17, and I had no internet issues. Then, beginning 12/27, I am unable to access Yakezie at home. I can access any other site I want, but not Yakezie. I have tried in Chrome and IE. I get the message that it cannot connect. Even my husband's computer can't get Yakezie at home.
Considering that I go to Yakezie a couple of times a day, I am going through withdrawl! I have to go to Starbuck's every morning to get to Yakezie. Any ideas how we can remedy this problem?
Thanks!

I keep getting errors and can't update things but have been able to log on. Have you tried calling your provider to see what they say?

Thanks, Jai. That was my next step. I forgot to say I also cleared the cache and that didn't help the problem.

Very strange. I wouldn't think it would be an IP lockdown thing either since you are still living in the US. I know here in Canada there are some sites I can't access unless I use a US VPN.

What error you get? Is it "404, page can not be displayed" or some other error?

May be admins can help you with this. The new IP that is assigned to you might have been blocked by host. Might be a known attacker/spammer used that IP before..
Better you talk to your provider and someone who has access to yakezie system files (like Suba, Chris, Sam etc). They can point out the problem.

You could try using a proxy site and see if that works as a temporary solution until you figure out what is causing it not to load.

The only error I get is that the page can't be displayed. If I click on the cached page, then I can view Yakezie in text only, but as soon as I click on a link, I get the same error. I don't know if the problem is my new IP address because I had no problems accessing Yakezie the first 10 days I was in the new apartment. It was just a problem in the last 4 days.

I would take it as a sign that I need to be spending more time at Starbucks without the kids…..there is some tumbler that has a bunch of numbers on it. If you purchase it, you can get a free refill every time you go into Starbucks through the end of January.
