Just out of curiosity, about how many visitors per day do you have to have to be in the top 200,000 of websites on Alexa.com?
I have a ways to go either way! ;)

It is rely dependent less on the number of total pageviews than on the type of traffic. It can inky task visitors who have the Alexa toolbar installed and, these days, that is mostly bloggers (particularly Yakezie bloggers :) ).
My total traffic has doubled in the last three months and my Alexa rank has actually slid back a couple percent.

I'm looking for editors, beta-readers, and some demographic research for my upcoming novel, Once Upon a Saturn Moon. If you like reading soft sci-fi thrillers, maybe with a touch of romance thrown in, you can find more information at http://seampublishing.com/once…..aturn-moon

Yup, depends on how many visitors have the toolbar installed. If you have an infinite number of visitors and none have the toolbar, then Alexa won't register anything. Or you could have 100% Alexa usage and get pretty good numbers from a relatively small # of visitors. As such, your Alexa ranking isn't a particularly useful metric.
