Dear Bloggers,
I am currently in the works of doing a soft launch on our new online software that helps people get out of debt.
The software provides and recommends the optimal solution for someone to get out of debt without using expensive third party services. As many of you may already know, consumers who are faced with large amounts of credit card debt are usually approached by debt settlement companies who tend to charge large upfront fees or large contingency fees. Likewise, there are unscrupulous "non-profit" credit counseling companies who charge excessive monthly maintenance fees and rarely give sound advice to the consumers.
We are developing a software which empowers the consumers to navigate through the maze of paperwork on their own, so they can avoid going to third parties.
I was hoping I could get a handful of bloggers to write a review about my new product. Depending on the traffic, I would be open to compensating you for your time.
If you are interested, please send an email to: kevin.yu@debteye.com

This sounds a lot like looking for free advertising for your new product. It doesn't appear that your blog is a Yakezie challenger – there is no badge and you've not made an announcement that your blog is participating in the Yakezie challenge. Maybe I'm wrong?
A few months back, you contacted me about advertising with a paid product review. We negotiated a rate, you requested an invoice, and I never heard from you again. I don't mind that – lots of ads fall through – but shortly thereafter you began posting on Yakezie. It just seems like you're trying to get free reviews to avoid paying for what would legitimately be an advertising fee on Yakezie blogs.

I definitely did announce that I am participating in the challenge on the Forum & on my own personal blog. You can search through it and see the announcement.
You are correct, I remember contacting you about advertising. We were waiting to polish the site up after some negative feedback from customers, and I actually emailed all the bloggers that we would be ready to start a campaign again. I'm definitely not trying to get free reviews, as a matter of fact, I have no problem paying anyone for advertisement.
If you're still interested in an advertising campaign, I'd definitely love to reach out to you again to see if we can work out an arrangement! Let me know! My email is: kevin.yu@debteye.com
