So I hopped on my site this morning, checked my stats, and discovered I have 100 views from male dash celebs dot org and 100 views from gay dash cruise dot net. I'm in blogger so I'm not sure how to track these, and from what I could briefly see my site and these are highly unrelated. Is this a spam thing or something I should be worried about? Or should I just thank them for a 200 daily visits bump? Hope this doesn't offend anyone, just wanted to make sure it's not a spammy or hack thing cause it's a little weird for my daily usage.

They're auto-pinging you for the purposes of hoping you'll go to their site and check it out. Alternatively, if they happen to get a free trackback from the ping, they're more than happy.
Don't bother with them. I'd recommend installing Google Analytics so you don't have to deal with the spammers. :) I'm about this || sure that GA has filtered out software like this, but new stuff comes out all the time.

Thanks for the heads up. I have google analytics, and all it did was tell me who was visiting. Weird. Eh, too bad for them I'm not the gay cruise sort.

Here's a question: I'm getting a bunch of page views from the Poll on my site. Anyone know what is up with this? Where does this traffic come from, and is it legit?

What is the poll about? Have you checked Analytics to see where the traffic is coming from?

Could it be you were linked to in a forum?
True story – I started getting traffic one day from a forum for exotic dancers. Someone in the forum must have liked one of my article (I forget which one) and linked to it which sent traffic. Being as I'm not a member (and I wasn't about to sign up) I could never find out the exact context.
I also made sure to explain the situation to my wife in case she came upon the link in my browsing history.

I did check the stats page. I think it might be coming from a google poll search results page or something, because when I click the associated link, I am taken to the poll itself. Either way, I'm not going to change the poll. It's my single biggest source of traffic, and I figure if a few people stay and read, that's not a bad thing… what's the expression: Don't look a gift horse in the mouth…

Yeah, don't worry about that stuff. It happens to me as well. You learn to ignore it. If these spammers spent half as much time developing good content as they do trying to make money for nothing, they'd be billionaires.
Thanks,
Timothy
