It was a statistics tracking script / website like Google Analytics. Not sure why it's referring traffic.

Came here to say exactly what OneCent said. Someone got traffic from your blog and saw it in their Sitemeter stats, so they clicked to see where they were mentioned. It's just like when you see referrals from Wordpress Dashboard.
