I just got a great feature on Yahoo! Homes for my article on refinancing! WOOHOO!
I am working with a rep. over there who is trying to get it front page on Yahoo.com
Here's the article:

Thanks all! The rep. contacted me directly through my contact page. Unfortunately, they buried it 5 pages deep on the Yahoo! Homes site, and haven't gotten it on the homepage, so no traffic spikes. But with an Alexa rank of #4, and a PR of 9, I'll take the link anyday
