I'm on a mission to comment on all Yakezie and Challenger blogs this week

I've decided to kick off June by getting out to each and every blog and commenting on at least one post.  I'm hoping to make a good dent in the list this week (I am using the list Budgeting in the Fun Stuff has on her site).

I just made it through the 'C's!!!

Typically, I have been commenting on 7 – 12 blogs a week, so this will be an interesting challenge and a great way to make sure I see all of your great sites!

Fantastic! I was going to try for each blog at least once this month – in a week, it's a lot of reading! Don't forget to pull some of your favorite posts to do a weekly round up. It is another great way to promote the great content in this network.

I can't join in on this one exactly, but I will hit every single Yakezie member and challenger site at least 3 times this month on my laptop with the Alexa toolbar.  Here's my list if it helps:  http://www.budgetinginthefunst…..mber-list/

I've been trying to check the Yakezie Member list more often and either stop by to comment or bookmark an article for my roundups.

If we all do just a little bit we will all get strong!

That's not a bad idea, and something I did often in my challenger days! Unfortunately I think that also led me to getting banned by Akismet, so I no longer comment that often on "unknown" sites cause my comments always go into the spam. Still if I notice someone's been making the rounds I will definitely visit them and see what they're about. I've discovered a lot of new and interesting blogs that way.

Yep this is my favorite way to promote. The funny thing is that weekend editions can sometimes take more work than regular posts because of all the reading and then formatting the links into your post, but it's also one of my favorite types of posts to do. I haven't gotten bored of it yet. ;)

This is a very cool and yet ambitious goal. Good for you for trying it out. I have tried to subscribe and comment on as many blogs as I can but I don't think I have the entire Yakezie members and challengers on my list. I need to work and making sure I am not missing anyone.

Speaking of weekend readings, don't forget to sign up for the Link Love Carnival. It is a great way to get  your posts out. The details are in the bloggers layer section of this forum.

I DID IT!!!  Just finished reviewing and commenting on the very last blog on Crystal's list.

What a great exercise.  My eyes are crossed from so much reading, the dishes are stacked up in the sink, the grass is only mowed by the grace of hubby and I'm stiff from sitting still for 3 days!

I will be doing a short post in a couple of weeks about the experience.

Please drop by my blog and throw out your thoughts as well.

I am off next week to the real world.  I'm running a 'Grandma Money Camp' for my grandkids next week and probably won't be around the blog-o-shpere much.

I always check my spam and move comments out of spam with Akismet. Are there comments going to spam that I am unaware of?
