Wow! 1300 visitors is awesome! It's crazy how much of like an exponential rise in traffic there is once you get higher in the Alexa rankings.

I doubt my Alexa has anything to do with it. Get Rich Slowly has 85,000 RSS subscribers and 2-5% of them are visiting my site, woot!

Not as much, but yes, definitely. I've had 650 unique visitors today so far. :-)

I'm surprised how many people seemed to think I was saying all students should work 20-60 hours every week. I just want all of you to know this was simply my story and I am pro a billion methods on making it through! :-)

Great post, and congrats! Has your subscription rate gone up?
One of your comments was about adult students, asking how to do it when there are other struggles. I happen to be doing that, and wrote about why for a scholarship application. I edited it a bit and sent it over as a response to yours. We'll see if JD picks me up, too. I would be happy to take 1300 hits! :D
