Hi all,

I started out on my blogging adventure nearly three years ago, along with a good buddy of mine, Mich from Beating the Index, and we have both come so far since then. I have had the pleasure of interacting with many of you, and I have even had the good fortune to meet a few of you in person! I've really enjoyed the journey so far, and blogging was one of the main reasons that I was able to quit my job back at the beginning of this year and start my own company.

Unfortunately, I have now reached a point where I am completely overwhelmed, and I no longer have the energy to maintain the sites, develop my company, and write a 300 page book at the same time! From this date forward, Invest It Wisely and Financial God are now both under the direct control of my good buddy Mich from Beating the Index. We started the blogging adventure together, and I can't think of a better person to carry the torch forwards. Any inquiries related to the sites should be addressed to Mich via the website contact forms.

Now that I've reached the end of one part of the journey, it's time to start the next part and see how far I can take it. I'm not going to be disappearing completely, though! I will still be writing at the sites on an occasional basis, and I will also be responsible for billing & payment for some time to come. I will be retaining control of my Yakezie account and I would also like to stay part of the Yakezie, if you guys will have me. I will no longer have time to maintain the Member Services list, but count me in for the Yakezie Writing Contest!

Thank you all for the good wishes, it means a lot to me. :) You know, I've realized that the Yakezie is so much more than a single website or a forum, or anything else that's easy to see; it's in the relationships and bonds that we all share with each other, and that is where our true strength lies. I'm glad to have shared in the journey with you all. :)
