Is there a Wordpress plugin that automatically links text in posts to other articles on your site? Sam's most recent post is a perfect example of what I am referring to:
Overcoming The “One More Year” Syndrome To Do Something New
I'm doing manual links now and it's no big deal because I have so few posts at this time, but down the line I can see it becoming a massive headache. I'm certain there's a plugin, but I thought I'd ask the community here for their favorite option. Suggestions?

Personally, I'm not a fan of automatic solutions as you'll wind up with a relatively unnatural link profile (lots of links with identical anchor text, etc.) and that could wind up being detrimental (if not now, in the future).
That being said, I do use a related posts plugin (YARPP) to put links to (hopefully) relevant articles at the end of each post.

YARPP works well as a related posts plugin. That should work out fine, and I agree with the comment above about being wary about automatic links in posts.

I had one that was recommended to me by Andrea, Automatic SEO Links but I found that it slowed my site down quite a bit, so I removed it. Related posts plugins that insert links at the end also tend to be performance heavy. For a while I was using Efficient Related Posts which built a database of links ahead of time and inserted them at post time, instead of having to build the list when the page is viewed. But it was never very good in my mind and I've gone back to manually inserting.

I'm looking for editors, beta-readers, and some demographic research for my upcoming novel, Once Upon a Saturn Moon. If you like reading soft sci-fi thrillers, maybe with a touch of romance thrown in, you can find more information at http://seampublishing.com/once…..aturn-moon

Linkwithin does the heavy lifting on an outside server. That's what I use and it works very well in the footer. For in-article linking, I do it manually.

Other than the linkwithin, I would echo what michael already said that natural linking is the best way to go. I always hate to see some of the automatic links, instead of ones created by a person when I am reading a blog. As much as you try to make it look natural, it's hard to replace the real deal through automation.

I use the related content feature of the Shareaholic plugin to add icons of related posts at the bottom of each post.
I currently have SEO Smart Links installed, but in looking around on my site today, I don't think it is actually working.

I write my posts in Windows live writer and when you add a link you have a box you can tick to "automatically link to that anchor", as you are typing the post, you can choose on the spot to remove or edit the anchor. I love using it for my affiliate links instead of having to go look for them every time.
