Hahaha. Honestly though, I am down to about 6 hours a night from my normal 7-8 hour average. I also have given up big parts of my weekends to write. For example, I have been up for 3 hours and haven't had breakfast yet since I have been writing and hadn't noticed I was hungry until now.
Want to hear something crazier? Based on more than 8 suggestions from other people over the last week, I finally caved and am starting my first eBook. I'm hoping to have it done by the time I quit my day job in September, so I am carving out another 15-30 minutes a day for that too…yep, I am officially overworking myself…but at least I have the first 600 words done…

I think you two have made a great decision. Crystal is very skilled and will be a great edition to your blog. I too had to hire staff writers because I was finding things too much to keep on top of and yet I didn't want to quit fully. I think you can still maintain your niche and reputation while still having staff writers on board.

Crystal was kind enough to chat with me on the phone last week and she explained to me her theory behind the Adsense placement on her blog. She also walked me through how to do the same thing on mine, since I am new to Wordpress.
In the last week, my Adsense earnings are up significantly as a result of the change. Thanks again, Crystal!

Thank you for helping to convince me to write the eBook! I have started (only 600 words so far but I will be done by September – I will…). I also just bought a new domain name thank's to Suba's advice so I can build up some authority with search engines about blog advertising. By the time I go to FinCon11, I hope to be able to promote my recently published eBook and blog advertising site as well. I think the term "I can sleep when I'm dead" was invented with me in mind…
