When I try to edit or add posts today in Wordpress, the "HTML" tab and "Visual" tabs BOTH display HTML coding. I can't write in html so this is very bad for me. Is anyone else having this problem? Anyone know what I should do now?

It is working for me. Did you install any plugin recently? This one http://wordpress.org/support/t…..owing-html says deactivating/reactiving plugins fixed the problem, but don't know if that is the only solution. I don't know what can be done, someone else might know, but I just wanted to answer your first question – wordpress is working fine on both my blogs.

Thanks Suba! I just deactivated and reactivated the first plugin I saw (Comment Luv) and it's working again. How weird is that?! Thanks so much though!!! I can write again, lol. :-)

Pretty normal unfortunately. I have a great deal of problems with Wordrpess dying on me during updates and such, because I have such a big backlog of articles in my MySQL db, and I run a fair number of Plug Ins that eat a lot of CPU too. I continually have to rebuild my XML sitemap, I just live with it for now.

That would be annoying as all heck. You have my sympathy.

I have never really had any issues with the WordPress application itself. It is actually very good. As you found out, it always seems to be the plugins that cause the issues.
Glad you got it fixed!

Plugins tend to be the culprit with most problems. Sometimes they update and break stuff, other times you need to update or it breaks stuff. Sometimes they just up and break stuff. Good times!
Glad to hear you got everything running properly again.
And look at anything you may have changed recently. It may not be CommentLuv in particular, rather something else the causes Comment Luv to break things.
