I submitted one early last year and he published it in 2 weeks. Then I submitted this one in November, that he specifically requested at FINCON11, and it just got published now. So don't get worried if you don't hear anything for a while, and I would suggest asking if he received the post about 3 weeks after sending it just to remind him to take a look.
