Yes, I have! I don't understand why! If anyone knows… please do share. Right when I started to get some, I noticed that my keyword isn't being shown anymore. :(

I have not checked my analytics in over a month, what do you mean it hides your top keyword? In analytics or web master tool?

In analytics. Under the keyword area for Traffic sources, it says "(Not Provided)" for my first keyword.

Keywords aren't reported when people are logged into their google account and clicking on a search result.  Instead the (not provided) is shown.  There is more here about it.  It only amounts to about 17% of my visits from google search.

It has been like that for a couple of months now. As JP notes, if people are logged in and click on organic links, it is reported as not provided. But you can still see all the keywords from "search queries" or from within google webmaster tool.

Yes, WMT is the only free tool that you can rely on for your key word effectiveness. To my knowledge.

MS is well worth the investment in my opinion.  Especially if you are looking at creating niche sites.  I also recommend finding a reliable outsourcing method for keywords, it's just much faster and easier.

yeah I'd also like to know about outsourcing?

I have been debating trying to do a niche site this year since my blog is pretty personal and not really in the running for keywords.

I don't follow keywords, but maybe I should be? I guess I never paid much attention to it.

Market Samurai is a great tool. I definitely love it for niche sites, but it is well worth the effort for blog posts as well.
