Yeah, you can't get it for free unless you know a designer personally. Fiverr is best $5 option. But to get quality work you need to shop around.

The only way to do it for free is make it yourself. A quick way to do that is with Canva or Picmonkey.

I agree with using Fiverr. I've found some amazing deals for logos and ebook covers on fiverr. Just search for the best feedback and # of feedback and many of them other unlimited revisions. It also helps to know exactly what you want.
