Guys,

 

I wrote a post on blog carnivals – small introduction, list of all the carnivals that (I know of) are active, deadline, submission guideline and link to the submission page.

If you want me to add any more information, just leave a comment and I will add that question to the post with my answer. Also if I have missed any carnival, let me know I will add those. I will try to maintain this, removing carnivals that are discontinued and alternate submission links if the links stops working…
