I really like the yoast plug in. But as far as I understand it, if the plug in is installed, the posts (or several fields in the edit dashboard) also need to be revised.  please email me at barbfriedberg at gmail if you are interested in doing the conversion for my site. The Yoast plugin does it as well.  It is part of the import section and deals with a few of the top SEO plugins.
