Hi! I've been blogging for about 4 years and I'm interested in selling my site. It's a PR3, MozRank 5 site and has quite a bit of potential in terms of monetization and growth. I want to sell because I have two little kids and I'm not so great with my own time management. Something has to give, ya know?

So ah…I doubt I'm going to sell my site now. It's worth way more to me than it is to others, and rightly so. It is too personal of a blog and my voice is strong on there, so if it changes hands without me staying on as a writer that wouldn't go over too well.
Further, I have plenty of text link ads on there that won't be up for awhile, and no buyer is going to want to deal with that.
So. I think I'm going to outsource some of my blogging tasks so I can stick with the things I like and have more time for my family and still some income. I've also discovered this forum and I think I'll be able to learn a lot from you.
