In case you haven't seen it yet today, I just announced the FMF $5k Red Kettle Challenge. You can read about it here:

http://www.freemoneyfinance.co…..lenge.html

To sweeten the pot a bit for all of you Yakezie members, I have an offer as follows — if you donate at least $25 to the effort, I'll include a link to an article from you in one of my weekly roundups. Here's how it will work:

1. Make a donation to the campaign (use the link above and follow the directions).

2. Send me an email telling me about your donation. Email is FMF [at] freemoneyfinance [dot] com.

3. Include a link to a post you'd like me to include. (FYI, I reserve the right to approve the link and no affiliate-type posts will be included.)

4. I'll use the link in my roundup that week if I get it by Wednesday. If not, it will go into the next week's roundup.

If you have any questions, just shoot me an email.

Great idea – I was really touched by the commenter on your post who said that he once needed help from a food bank, so now he's "repaying it plus interest." :-) How awesome.

Great idea!  I threw in enough to get it over the $1000 hump, but no link needed here.  I just sincerely hope we can push it over that $5000 mark by the end of the week (call me optimistic)! Laugh

Donated. Linking is a great way to encourage bloggers, I might steal that idea for my December giveaway :)

Apparently it doesn't want Cdn contributions. Can you inbox me and we can figure out a different option?

Someone else had the same problem. You can Paypal me the amount you want to give and I'll include it when I make my matching gift (I'll put in the full match PLUS your amount).

For details, email me.
