Hi All,

 

Based upon some recent conversations I have decided to redesign my blog into multiple blogs, and I want to do the following (I think).

 

Take a URL from saverocity.com/blog/XYZ and decide if it is Travel, or Finance focused. Just want to check I am not duplicating content with the following process.

 

If travel I will copy it to saverocity.com/travel using copy/paste of the content, I will then use a plug in to redirect saverocity.com/blog/XYZ to saverocity.com/travel/XYZ.

 

Should I then delete the original copy of the post in /blog and leave just one copy of the content in /travel?

 

Or am I just messing this up all together?

 

Goal is to create separate sites within one domain so that finance people can RSS/ follow just Finance or Travel people can RSS/follow just /travel and would allow for a future spin off of one of those subdomains into a separate domain name in the future if I so chose.
