Looking back on your blogs, what are some notable milestones that you feel you've hit in your blogging career? This could be amount of content, traffic related, revenue, or whatever else felt like an important milestone to you.

I ask because I like guide posts for my progress and want to see how folks measured their progress and what measures they used.

Great questions-

Here are the metrics I value:

Traffic, bounce rate, links in

Revenue and sources

Social media followers

Contacts with requests for collaboration

 

My best advice is start early defining your goals for your site

Second is to be patient, comment on others site and reach out to others
