Hey everyone,
I have been patiently waiting for my first mozrank. According to this seomoz update schedule, they updated their index yesterday. I noticed that I got my first mozrank of 4.14! Wahoo. Way higher than I was expecting. It's not showing up in all the searches, but this tool seems to be grabbing the new stats.
Anyone get an increase or their first rank?
P.S. Forgive the newbie if no one pays close attention to this anymore.

Congrats. Some scoff at ranks, but getting that first one is always exciting. And they're still somewhat important for advertisers and such, so getting a good one is good. Mine went up a bit again too. Always nice to see!

I received my first as well. However, since my site is so new I'm not placing much weight in it yet. I'm looking forward to the next update were it should hopefully pick up a few more links I've recently received.

Congratulation! 4.14 is great. I find that Google PR is about MozRank – 1 BTW.

That seems to be a good rule of thumb. If I could get a PR of 3, I would be the happiest person in the world. :)
Nice work on the upward movement on your mozrank too! (however small it was) :)

Got my first MozRank. I came in at 2.73, but my blog is only 2 months old, and I really cannot complain. Hopefully I will notice a big jump next time!

I'm 5.2 or 5.3 but only a PR3 so I'm hoping that a PR bump might come in the future.
I wonder if that's how the site calculates the 'Future PR Just For Fun' number.

The seomoz site said it takes 45-60 days for a new site to be included, depending on when they update the index. I bet the next update on 11/15, you will get one… but just guessing.

No need to apologize at getting a good rank – what do y ou think all of us members did when we first crossed 200k alexa? Congrats on the nice moz, I think mine went down about .05 but oh well – still more time to build it up!

I'm at 4.76, LaTisha is at 4.75, and Derek is at 4.9. That should tell you something about how valid a stat this is.
