Hi Everyone!
As of this morning, my site My Family Finances was ranked somewhere around 2.3 million. Not bad for only being a week old and having 3 baby posts. Admittedly, 200,000 seems a bit intimidating. However, if I make some friends and learn a little about blogging, I suppose I can't really fail.
Wish me luck and I'll be sure to follow, like and subscribe to your site's social media.

Welcome to the club. Do remember not to show off a number that's not good, you can remove the feedburner badge from your site, that actually gives your readers a reason not to subscribe, seeing only 2 readers.
One advice, search in the forum first before asking question and creating new threads. Enjoy blogging and enjoy the interaction.

Good luck My Family Finances! I think SB is just pointing to the fact that it highlights it is a new site. Usually people subscribe to a site that is established. If other people like it, so will others. Those first few subscribers (outside of family) are the hardest.

I suppose this makes far more sense than my strategy of "I've got so few followers people would feel bad for the newbie and sign up" method.
