I've owned this domain name for almost a year, and I finally found the time to get it started! I also just announced that I'm taking the Yakezie challenge with this new site as well. Check it out at:

http://creatingapassiveincome.com

Have you started a new site recently? Have you found that it's tough to find the time to write for more than one site?

Derek – congrats! Exciting stuff! It looks like it is going to be great!

My advice to you is to take the time to build up a queue of posts over the Holidays (assuming you have a break). I swear by this method and it allows me to juggle a lot of projects. For 20's, I have my tues/thurs posts written through the end of January – it takes a lot of pressure off and when I have extra time I can either increase my queue or start a new blog. :)

Great idea Corey! I've done this once before and it was wonderful!! I should probably try to stock up my queue with articles so that I can keep my options open.

Thanks SB! I'm pretty excited, but I know that there's plenty of work ahead as well. I'm ok with that though.

Luckily, my job is 8 to 5, nothing more. I very rarely need to take my work home with me, so I have the mornings (from 5am-7am) and evenings (from 5:30pm-8ish) to work on my online ventures. Then I have the late evenings available for my wife or friends. It works out, and the weekends are a great time to work ahead if something exciting is planned for the next week. Luckily, I love finance, and I love to blog. :)

Haha! Not quite yet. I'm looking to get this house paid off in 1 year rather than 4! ;) I seriously think it's possible.

Ha, yeah, Corey is pretty competitive, so I need to stay on my game to overtake him in the 30k challenge! ;)

We have a plan to do it in 4 years (we just bought it a few months ago), but if I can make more than $30k with my online ventures, it's quite possible that we could pay it off in a year (well, maybe that's pushing it… maybe 2 years).

Congrats on the new site Derek!  Yes it is tough to write for more than one site.  That's why I am partnering with you and Melissa.

If it is you vs Corey in this $30K Challenge, it will be hard to handicap.  You are both incredibly intense.  My guess is that you will pull each other in the right direction and both end up winning in the long run.

I write as Kidgas, Cash Flow Mantra, and Options Dude.

My main focus is:  Cash Flow Mantra and Grand Per Month.  Please feel free to subscribe.
