Hey guys! Most of you know that I've been trying to lose weight (100 lbs) since the end of 2011. I managed to lose 50 lbs over the first year, and I wrote a post about it. It went up a week ago, but I didn't want to share it here at first, since it isn't PF related. But since I talk about facing challenges in general – along with my disappointments – and what I have learned over the last year, I decided to share it here.
It is over 3,000 words, but I organized it into categories. Anyway, here are my thoughts on a year of weight loss. I hope that the next year is even more productive than the last.
