@Max, hehehe, in a good way I hope.  My main job now is running advertising for other bloggers, so blogging is actually my hobby job once again, lol. I just couldn't let M20's go to someone else after writing for it weekly as a staff writer for a few months, hahaha.

I'd be interested in how the valuation was placed too.
Also, I'm assuming that the previous owner approached you, and that you didn't actually 'go looking' for this on a listing site somewhere.

This was an off-the-cuff deal between David, who just needed out, and me, who had a certain amount on hand. No real valuations or anything like that, lol. He emailed me directly since he knew me and knew I had some interest in buying sites, I was upfront about what I had in my Paypal accoun, we agreed, and I sent it over in 15 minutes.
