I just started a new site 6 days ago. The site's Alexa ranking is currently 1.4 million. That's way ahead of where Buy Like Buffett was after a year. My goal is to see how quickly I can get the site into the top 100k using all of the knowledge gained blogging and by being a member of the Yakezie Network. I thought it would be an interesting endeavor to try.

First, I think it would help if you actually told us the url for your site if you want Yakezie hits. ;-) If you're just trying to see how it goes without Yakezie support, I wish you the best. :-) Good luck either way! I'll be starting a new blog carnival site next week (announcing on Monday). Tis the season I guess, lol.

How is it that you already have 1102 Twitter followers?!? I think my knowledge must be sub-par for this…. I just visited the site and commented! Looks great. I'm guessing you'll have it below 100k by Valentine's Day. Do I win a prize if I'm right? ;)

I knew I was going to be launching a new site so I set up 2 Twitter accounts. I then linked one to my new blog.

No prob. :-) Yep, my new site is http://www.totallymoneyblogcarnival.com. I'm currently trying to see if I forgot anything and will start an announcement thread on Monday so the Yakezie can take a look first, lol. At least if I missed something, you all will tell me. :-)
