Hey guys

I've just joined the Yakezie challenge at the start of 2011 but am not very sure how to go about increasing my ranking as well as others. Do guide me along if I've done anything wrong.

For a start, I've done up links to all Yakezie members in my blog. If I've missed out on anyone, do drop me a message and I'll gladly put it up asap.

My starting Alexa ranking is an embarrassing 3,326,712 and I'm gonna try break the 1,000,000 barrier with a month. Please support my blog and Happy New Year everyone! Laugh

Definitely not embarrassing at all! Just visit other sites and comment and promote everyone else, and you'll see how quickly your ranking will drop! BTW, I'm now following you on Twitter and subscribed to your RSS feed.

Looks like a great site..  I've subscribed.   Oh – and you also missed me on your blog links there.  :)

I liked your posts on Macau and LVS.  I've followed the gaming sector for a long time (no better way to win in vegas than to invest in it)..  but for the last 3 years I've been awatching in awe.  I find MGM to be just swimming in so much debt with no end in sight is scares me.  In fact, I've considered shorting them (and thankfully haven't)..    I'll definitley be reading along your blog to catch some insights from someone investing in gaming.

What I tell myself (to make myself feel better about my embarrassing rank) is that the rank is for 3 months.  Our blogs haven't even been in existence three months yet, so it's bound to get better.  For example, when I look at one month I am under 1 million but when I look at 3 months I am at like 2.8 million.

Good luck!

Welcome! I joined the Yakezie network when my Alexa was 4.9 million, so don't feel bad. You're going to love the experience here. Ask any question you want and one of us is sure to help you! :)
