I don't know about PR (because mine is still zero), but looks like google has updated their backlinks (for me at least). I was at zero yesterday but now there are some being registered! It's about time that google recognized some of my backlinks.

Whenever the big G feels like it. Sometimes 3 months, sometimes almost a year. They are updating it behind the scenes constantly, but it only comes out to the public when they release an update.

Time has nothing to do with it. I built a site for someone and she has no backlinks and I promise you that she now has a PR of 3 within two months of launch. Another site I built got a 5 within 4 months or so. Don't be fooled.

Were these sites built during the summer of 2011? We saw some frequent PR updates these last few months.

I had a PR 1 but just checked it and looks like I am zero. I think I lost it due to slow page load speed. I have been working on that but need to contact my host to see what is going on.
Bummer!

I noticed that when I was visiting… I was thinking it was just the toolbar acting up. I hope it comes back! lame! :(

My sites are the same, but I did notice that yours is down to 0. Maybe this means that they are working through another update?
