Traffic is up to my normal total visits for the day at 1:50 P.M. eastern. Let's hope it triples. :)
I had originally written that post for the Yakezie and submitted it here but realized that since we will have writing contest posts and new member posts that it might be a while before it was seen. Also, I wasn't sure if we were publishing pure blogging posts, so I submitted it. I have been in communication with the individual who schedules their posts and there is an opportunity for us to submit posts for a new blog that they have just launched. I will share that in a bit.

Let's see. It's now 4:55 Eastern and traffic is double the total amount that I normally get for the entire day. Even better, because I prepared for them, they are sticking around and clicking to the areas that I set up for them to be directed to.
I learned that from seeing what other did in the forums when they received such features as well. My goal is to get onto at least one larger blog each month. Last month it was John Chow. Even if it doesn't result in a lot of traffic, I hope to get some quality backlinks from higher PageRanked blogs.
I have a target list, and so far I've been checking them off one by one. Sneaky, sneaky.

Thanks all. The post has over 80 comments and even better I attracted lots of traffic and 25 new subs on the blog and Twitter.
For those of you interested in traffic, it has been awesome and stickuy. I think that only a mention from Get Rich Slowly brought more traffic, however they didn't stick as well.
On the day the post went live I ended up with 300 additional visitors and 500 extra pageviews. Today it looks like even more traffic with 600 extra pageviews so far. So if you want to submit something to ProBlogger, I recommend it.
