Hey Yakezie,
I know there are quite a few real estate investors here, and even more future real estate investors. Recently, a reader sent me a real estate valuation spreadsheet, which I posted on the blog. Check it out if you have the time; the spreadsheet is really cool.

Definitely a future real estate investor (as you can tell by my frequent posts on the subject), and this looks amazing. I was thinking about putting something like this together, but haven't found the time. Thanks!

Very nice spreadsheet. It shows a long term trend which was missing from what I made myself.

I'm planning on investing in American real estate within 6-10 years. The market should have bottomed out already. But something to keep in mind when investing in real estate is, the cycles are really, really long.

THat's a handy spreadsheet – I'd love to get into real estate investing someday (hopefully soon).

Very cool stuff. I am by no means a real estate investor, but definitely wanting to learn.
I have a buddy of mine that is and I was blown away at how well he is doing. Remember, I live in a small town in the Midwest. So for a guy that is only 29 and is making over $250k, I was thoroughly impressed.
I was so impressed that I've had him start writing articles sharing what he's learned over the years – which ain't many since he's not 30 yet!
His first post went up last week (which Trent from Simple Dollar picked up and linked to me today ).
We're also starting a newsletter centered around real estate investing. It's free if you want to sign up. The form is at the bottom of the post: Real Estate Investing With No Money Down.
