Hi all,

One of my regular readers is fed up with the market and wants to take a loan out against his 401k to pay off the remainder of his $47,000 home mortgage. Do you think he should do it? I wrote an article about it today to try and help him out with his decision. Swing by and leave a comment if you have some helpful advice. Thanks!

He definitely does, and his wife was reading my blog for quite a while as well (and maybe still does but I haven't seen her comment recently). He's doing his homework and will be just fine come retirement.
