If it is hosted somewhere else I don't see why you couldn't submit so long as the host doesn't take that into account when choosing the 20 posts to feature.

Since I'm selecting posts this week, I think it's perfectly fine for you to submit. No guarentees though, there are a lot of great authors here around the Yakezie forums.
