Sounds like a great contest. I will contribute an Ipod shuffle ($50) so that you can keep moving and grooving the pounds off. Working out to music is really effective.

I wasn't going to do this as I was going along quite well with not gaining weight… but then I ate more over Christmas than I was intending, and New years looks to be just as bad. So… I thought I'd bring this thread to the top for anyone else who, like me, is feeling a little bloated. :)

I will post here again in case anyone wishes to join at that time…I think I gained like 10 pounds over the holidays, so I may need to up my own personal weight loss goal to 20 pounds : P

I already emailed you, but I'll make it public as well – I put back on 10 pounds over the last 3 months and I am still 20 pounds from my intended target, so I will be participating too.
