I picked up the Headway theme recently, with a developer license.    Ease of use, flexibility, and an affordable 1-time-cost developer license were the selling points for me.   With it(and the Plugin Central plugin), I can build a new(basic, pretty) Wordpress site faster than I've ever done, with all of the SEO and usability plugins I like.

Today, over lunch, I was playing with it on Live Real, Now, using Theme Test Drive, and accidentally borked my site.  Bye-bye sidebars.  D'oh!

I spent next hour or so reproducing my sidebars from another browser window I happened to have open when Murphy's law bit me. 

I finished setting it up and now, I'm running a premium theme on LRN.

Good news?  It shaved 3 seconds off of my load time, from Atahualpa.

Your site is looking sharp Jason. I've been experimenting with layout options on my off-the-shelf LightWord theme lately. Some of its limitations are a little frustrating. I find it difficult striking a balance between necessary and useful information, and too much clutter.
