I'm using Thesis for all of my sites currently and love it. It's pretty powerful with what you can do with it, although, I will admit that I've heard from some folks that if you've less technically inclined that some of the other themes like headway may be easier to use..

Yeah for less tech inclined I would advise WooThemes Canvas, as I mentioned in an earlier comment.

I'm saving up to buy one of these themes, but I'm unsure now. I was initially saving to buy Thesis, but now Headway has confused things. I have no experience in code, html and that kind of stuff, so I'm looking for a drag and drop theme. This is not easy at all….

HTML and CSS arent too hard… you don't need to know it all, you just need to know snippets here and there.
