Thanks to Kay Lynn for putting this together.

If you're like me, you'd love to have more twitter followers. Your number of followers is definitely one way people gauge your internet influence. Not only am I surely going to be interested in tweets from all the Yakezie members, but I also want to help out all my fellow Yakezie members and give you all one more follower.

I encourage everyone else to do the same. Let's help each other grow our twitter following.

It also doesn't stop with just following people. I'm also going to make a conscious effort to retweet when I see a great tweet. Let's share our networks when we get the chance.

What do you guys say, are you with me?

I follow Kay's Yakezie list daily.  Its a great way for me to keep up with everything that's going on.

Another Twitter question, that I thought I would get everyone's opinion on. 

  What are some ways that you get more twitter followers? 

Here are the ways I get more followers

• I follow all Yakezie followers hoping they follow me back.

• I look for other personal finance twitters that have a lot of followers and begin to follow some of their followers assuming they are interesting in personal finance.

• I look for list like Katy's has created an follow the creater of the list.  I assuming they are interested in the topic they created a list for.  

• RT other interesting articles.  Many times the Twitter will begin to follow you are RTing their post.

From 2 and 3 I maybe do this once every two weeks looking for others who maybe interest in my blog and begin to follow them.  This process has been successful.

What are some other ways everyone else has be able to grow their Twitter followers?

Also a Twitter novice over here! I felt a little bit like Forest; it was one of those things I really didn't see the point of before the Yakezie. I will be checking this out some more though…
