I'm hoping someone out there in Yakezie land can help me… I recently got an email about an advertising offer and I'm not really sure what to do with it. I've received ad offers in the past but they were always super spammy so I ignored them. This is the first one that seems like it might be legit.  The guy says he's from bankrate.com, the email goes over all the products they can advertise for and then directs me to ncsreporting.com which seems to be just an affiliate link site.  Does anyone have any experience with this site? I'm a noob when it comes to this stuff so any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Ask for a referral from someone on whose site they are already advertising. Legitimate people will not hesitate to provide these.

NCSreporting is legit.  It's owned by Bankrate.  Once accepted you can promote credit card offers an collect an affiliate commission.

NCS Reporting is CardSynergy now and it is an affiliate site for financial products.  I'm guessing he is trying to get you to sign up as an affiliate rather than trying to place an ad on your site.

What he said.  I've been testing them with Discover Cards since many bloggers were skeptical of FO and their tracking.   I think they also have some Citi and Capital One cards.  And a Equifax and Everbank affiliate if you're not approved through another source.
