I like finance for forward thinkers. But I think that a more descriptive slogan is better.
20$ Finances already has finance in the title so there is no need to reiterate it.
For example, I have financial success for young adults with the slogan 'learn to invest, save, and build wealth'. You immediately know you are getting knowledge on these topics that will appeal to you if you are a young adult.
Your name and slogan should target your audience and tell them what they are going to get. Basically, your slogan is your value proposition.
Budgets are Sexy has 'a personal finance blog that won't put you to sleep' as the slogan. You know you're going to get fun finance but the slogan would never be 'fun finance' because that leaves to much decision to the reader. How do they define fun? Is finance even fun?
The slogan needs to be explicit while not too boring.
Whew! lol So with all of that said, I would suggest a little bit of a longer more descriptive slogan. Do you have a mission statement or target reader? What kind of 20 year old are you targeting?
I think the slogan will come that much easier once you have your target audience in mind. And not a generalization but an actual person. Think about who will get the most value if they read your blog. For me I kept my sister in mind. I knew she didn't like finance, but she was interested in money and she had a short attention span for long blocks of copy.
So I made sure to write about money in a simplified way with plenty of analogies and break things up with spaces, bullet points, pictures etc. Now that I know who I am writing to, it's easy to think of a slogan that my sisterx1000 would like.
I hope that wasn't too much
