Earlier today, I had over 500 subscribers. Now, I have 0.
I didn't change anything and I have no idea what happened!
Help!

A lot of us have this issue as I look around at my fellow bloggers' sites. I'm just hoping it's one of those random rollercoasters that happens with Feedburner sometimes. I'm not getting too worried about it yet, but if my site still reads "0" tomorrow, I just might start to investigate!

See this thread.

Using the new feedburner interface, I can see how many subscribers I currently have even though with the old interface it reads 0. Also, if you look at your email subscribers (in both interfaces), it should be accurate.

What is the URL to the new interface?

I'm having a similar issue. However, it appears that email updates for new posts are being sent out successfully. So, it's probably nothing to worry about just yet.

It's happened on both my sites; I'm sure it'll be resolved in the next few days. I'm not worried about it because the emails are going out (I subscribe myself so I'll always know when there's an issue).

Thanks! It helps to know that this isn't just me, and when I go to the updated site, my current subscribers are there.
I wonder how to get the chiclet on my site to show the current subscribers rather than zero?

Great. Unfortunately, I don't know if a subscriber display attached to the "new Feedburner" exists. If it does, I definitely don't know where it's at. I feel your pain though. It's "negative social proof" to show 0 subscribers. Interestingly, I was reading mega-blogs Get Rich Slowly and Smart Passive Income today and noticed that it also shows 0 subscribers. The malfunction apparently doesn't discriminate based on size :)
I suspect this will resolve itself within a few days. Some people have removed the display until it does though.

FYI, Feedburner just fixed yesterday's numbers and also Thursday's too in the old interface. Hopefully, your displays will be updated by tomorrow. Cheers!

Mine said zero earlier today, but has since gone back up to normal levels. Feedburner seems glitchy like that.
Give it a few and see if it goes back up.
