I started using Google Forms to create a survey only to find out that iframe isn't supported :(

Some plugins seem to allow for a work around and other plugins seem to offer forms but I have not liked them. They are cumbersome to use.

My current thinking is to include a link to the Google Form but I would really like to have a post with it included so I thought I would ask my fellow Yakezies!

I would use 'wordpress simple survey' plugin. You can use a dedicated page on your blog.

Just closing down the thread on what I ended up using. 'WP simple survey' is great but you need to buy the plugin to really make use of it and it's 50$. I don't really do a lot of surveys so I wasn't sure about spending the money right now …

I ended up using 'WP Survey & Quiz Tool'. It works well and embeds easily.
