Who wants free taco seasoning?

Who wants free food!

Next month, I plan on launching my own line of taco seasonings on my food blog, If You Can Read, You Can Cook. The idea behind the line is to provide a middle ground between making your own taco seasoning and buying those pouches in the store that cost $1 but only have 10 cents worth of ingredients. I'm going to do my best to generate buzz for it, including at least one guest post, an affiliate program, and a giveaway. But before I launch, I wanted to get some more feedback.

I'm looking for 3-5 interested parties to receive a free 8oz jar -a $5 value! – of your heat of choice: hot, medium, mild, or sweet cumin. Each jar is equivalent of 16 of those grocery store pouches. Give it a try and let me know what you think. That's all I ask. Of course, if you want to then write a positive review on your own site and sign up as an affiliate, I won't turn that down! :D

If interested, send me a PM with an address to send yours and I will ship it out by the end of next week.

I'm looking for editors, beta-readers, and some demographic research for my upcoming novel, Once Upon a Saturn Moon. If you like reading soft sci-fi thrillers, maybe with a touch of romance thrown in, you can find more information at http://seampublishing.com/once…..aturn-moon

I just emailed you.  Laugh  Mr. BFS and I use McCormick Taco Seasonong Packets at least once or twice a month, so I think we'd make a great test case.

Still looking for someone to try the hot and the sweet cumin. Hot is pretty self-explanatory, but if you are confused as to what sweet cumin is, it's a flavor with NO heat with the earthy taste of cumin, an herb popular in cuisines around the world.

You still looking for a tester? I cannot figure out this "PM" business but I'd be willing.

Frugal Portland, I think I'm good on takers now. I've got at least 1 person for each variety, which is what I was trying to get. To send a Private Message, you can click on the "Send PM" link above a person's post.
