Well, as of now, if you go to Wordpress.com, I am at the top of the "Freshly Pressed" list, and I've been literally inundated with hits and comments. This has to have been one of the coolest and biggest milestones I've reached in blogging. I just couldn't wait to get home to tell you guys. I'm so excited about it. I wished this could have happened to my round up so we all could have felt the success, but either way, this is a win for the Yakezie!! Have a great week everyone, mine is just glowing right now :D

Thanks a ton. I've been trying to convert as many visitors to RSS subscribers as possible with a bit of success. I can only hope that many of them just remember the URL and bookmark. Either way, it's been a great experience.
As to the questions about how it happened, I have no clue. I've asked the person that sent me the alert but I haven't gotten anything back yet (I'm sure they get asked all the time). I found this page: http://en.blog.wordpress.com/2…..y-pressed/ which stated the following:
3. Add tags.
We find new posts by surfing the tag pages. If you don’t use
tags, we can’t find you and how sad would that be? Also, don’t use
tags that are too obscure (“beauty tips from the ancient world”) but
rather more common tags (“beauty,” “history”).
So it looks like that's how you get found. Either way, it was awesome. I took a screenshot of it so I can use it for something. I don't know what, but I've got it :D
