When your blog was one month old, what was your traffic like? Would you be willing to share?

On average I get about 50 unique visitors a day. This seems to be a magical number for my blog right now. It doesn't go any higher than that.

I'm not sure I even have the stats that go back that far, but I don't need them to tell you that I wasn't getting anywhere near 50 uniques a day.  In fact, I don't think that I averaged that until somewhere in the second year when I joined Yakezie.  You're doing great!  Keep up the content and the readers will come!

20-30 unique visitors a day was my norm for 2 months.  Then I joined the Yakezie and that went to 30-50.  It took 4 months to hit 100 a day.

My first month I measured a whopping 161 hits.    (I bet half of those were myself.)   I started in 2008.

Month 2 = 72 hits

Month 3 = 95 hits

It took me 7 months to hit 50/day.

50 /day is a great stat in your first month. You should feel proud, just keep the momentum going.

Okay, now I am thinking maybe 50/day is not that bad at all. Laugh

By the end of our first full month we had 36 per day.

That's a great number for being so new.  I'm always amazed at the number of comments you get as well for being so new.  It's very impressive, you're doing a fantastic job!

Right now, I only have 60 something uniques.

Honestly, I had basically no one coming to my blog in the first month. A big congrats to you!

That is quite good for 1 month! I had maybe 20 a day for the first month.  It has taken me 9 months to hit 100 a day!

I do have slow days, of course, when I get like 10-15 visitors if that! Weekends are the slowest right now. But I was just wondering if I am doing okay overall. Now I know Smile and I feel much better.

Do my own visits count?  If not then we're talking REAL low.

Honestly, don't worry about that.  Network and write awesome content.  The rest will take care of itself.

Yeah, 50 per day is not bad at all. My first month (October 2008) I had 73 unique visitors total.

Many already said…50 is a good number and this has to do with you being part of yakezie since day -5 or -6 if I remember correctly. Your arrival to blogging world was like movie trailers. To be launched on a site near you..

Rest of us hardly saw any visitors prior to joining Yakezie.

I was between 30-40 my first month. It didn't really pick up dramatically until I finally received page rank from google. My first blog ever lasted 8 months and I never believed in my wildest dreams I'd ever reach 50.
