I reviewed Credit Sesame, published on 06/21. I didn't find it much useful to me. Today person from Credit Sesame responded to the post, gives me great feeling. Really pen is mighter than sword.
Blogging gives power for sure!

Yes it does Onecent. A blog gives you a lot of influence. It is always good when a company that you review reads the review.

That's a great idea! I think I'll start reviewing products that I use too. Maybe the company will contact me!

Nice! I got a response from the Comcast social media team about some complaints I wrote in a post about their internet service. It definitely is interesting what influence a blog can have.

I wrote a post on the "Running of the Brides" and gave the event my honest opinion. I did purchase a dream dress, but the event is not for everyone. The marketing manager loved what I had to say and added some additional information on my post. I was tickled.

most definitely. i read some popular blogs where i have seen google reps comment, and once Matt Cuts himself! in fact,Google has changed some of its policies based on the popular opinion on blogs – pretty much like a public petition. think about how much power the Yakezie network can carry collectively if a vendor was to tick some of us off – we can "virally" spread a virus over night!

I think it's great that they took the time to respond and give clarity.
